EPIC BASS GUITAR MUSIC LESSONS, STUDIO RECORDING TIME, END-OF-YEAR CONCERTS – AND THE CHANCE TO SHRED IT WITH MATES. AT GOODTIME MUSIC ACADEMY STUDIOS IN LOWER HUTT, WE CATER TO ALL AGES FROM CHILDREN TO ADULTS.
GROUP LESSONS - $33 PER LESSON
With a maximum of five people per class, our teachers are able to focus on the needs of individuals, while giving students a chance to experience the thrill of playing alongside their classmates. There’s also the opportunity to collaborate with their fellow musicians and have a crack at live performances.
We separate our groups into age and ability so no need to worry if you're a complete beginner to the Bass Guitar or even if you’ve been rocking out for years we have you covered! Our group lessons last for 45 minutes and are taught by one of our professional Bass Guitar tutors who will be able to work with each student to develop their Bass Guitar skills and get them rocking on stage in no time!
One-on-one Bass Guitar lessons - $70 PER LESSON
This is a great option for students who really want to focus on a certain skill or have unique goals. Our professional tutors will give you a full assignment in your first lesson and work on a weekly plan for you to achieve the best results on the Bass Guitar. Our individual lessons last for 45 minutes and all our individual students each term get the opportunity to record a professional video in our Goodtime Studio to show what awesome progress they have made throughout the term. We also offer fortnightly individual lessons for those busy bees!
LESSON TIMES
We run lessons Monday through to Thursday from 3.30pm to 8.15pm at the epic Goodtime Music Academy headquarters! For those of you who have a full week no need to worry we have you covered by offering lessons on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm as well. Please get in touch with us to let us find a time that suits you the best!

All of us here at Goodtime remember the feeling of playing our first concerts so we want to give all our students the opportunity to have an awesome experience and make memories they will never forget!
Twice a year we host a series of concerts for our students to perform on stage to showcase the awesome work they have made with us. We even record the concerts for you so you can watch your performance again, again and again!
